Facing an unbearable situation because of the degradation of the relationships between deejays and record companies, a group of professionals in record promotion decided to react and created DJ Buzz in 1999.

DJ BUZZ is a system dedicated to gather the actors of the clubbing area, with the purpose to create a relational network built upon RESPECT, TRUST, and PROFESSIONAL recognition of the DJ's elite.

Several record companies joined us, affirming their will to escape from a conflicting environment, and to begin a real promotion work, supported by an informative and relational speech. Our vocation is to optimize and to improve the relations between Deejays and professionals of the recording industry, with actions generating a better communication.

One single condition, as a Deejay: to be one of the best and to perform in the better places. Those places can be clubs, musical pubs, etc..., and the DJs can be residents or independents. Only the media impact counts.

In addition to get freely records from the labels partners, the DJs members will receive a free annual member card which will allow them to be recognized by our partners and sponsors: hardware vendors, exhibition companies, event promoters,...

Our DJ members have to communicate us their 30 titles playlist, which will be used to create a chart. These playlists will be used in an information purpose, and not for controlling the DJ's programming.

The record companies partners of DJ BUZZ commit themselves in respecting the musical choices of each DJ.

Moreover, they will not be involved in the selection of the DJs composing the DJ BUZZ panel.

We ask each member a 60 Euros yearly participation for the internet bandwidth and the copyright fees.
