The track finds EchoStorms plunged into a dystopian inner landscape, triggered by the departure of founding member Katya Fadeeva - a defining moment that forced Ben to confront an impossible question: whether to continue EchoStorms as a solo project, or walk away from music altogether. Capturing a snapshot of doubt, grief, and self-interrogation, An Anxiety is unfiltered, deeply personal, and unapologetically heartfelt.

Sonically, the record is a melting pot of influences: indie-leaning guitar textures, elastic 80s Michael Jackson-inspired basslines, and late-night tech-house rhythms, all woven together through EchoStorms’ unmistakable songwriting touch.
